The body wears out from rust before it wears out from overwork. For  the body to function properly physical activity is required. We need to burn the calories that we take in each day or those calories are stored up as potential energy, otherwise known as, FAT!

Lots of people deal with fatigue, constipation and poor circulation. Exercise increases energy by releasing endorphins and increasing oxygen levels in the blood stream.  Moving the body with exercise also stimulates the bowel, ending constipation. Circulation improves as we push the blood through the body with physical exercise.

You get out what you put in. If you give the body lots of moderate aerobic exercise on a regular basis, modern diseases are less common. A healthy weight is easiest to maintain when using regular exercise.
